We're passionate about ensuring that your wishes are accurately represented by your Will, so that the right money, goes to the right people, at the right time.
To that end, every consultation is carried out free of charge and if we can't help you, you won't be charged.
What's more, if we can help, you're under no obligation to use our services.
If we're able to help then, in the first instance, we'll agree the charges with you before doing anything. Once you've given us permission to proceed on your behalf, you'll only be invoiced for the work done on completion of a satisfactory service.
If you're like the majority of our clients, your situation is completely unique and we'd recommend that you take some professional advice. Whether that be from us or from someone else, it's the first step and it's also the most important one.
We believe in total transparency when it comes to the fees we charge and we offer the services listed below. Simply click on the 'Find Out More' button for a more detailed explanation of that particular service and the options available. VAT is not chargeable.
Please remember that all meetings with Heritage Will Writing are free of charge and there's absolutely no obligation to work with us.
Should you decide to use any of our services, you'll only be invoiced once that service has been delivered to your complete satisfaction.
