We're passionate about ensuring that your wishes are accurately represented by your Will, so that the right money, goes to the right people, at the right time. To that end, every consultation is carried out free of charge and there's no obligation - if we can't help you, you won't be charged.
What's more, if we can help, you're under no obligation to use our services.
If we're able to help then, in the first instance, we'll agree the charges with you before doing anything. Once you've given us permission to proceed on your behalf, you'll only be invoiced for the work done on completion of a satisfactory service.
If you're like the majority of our clients, your situation is completely unique and we'd recommend that you take some professional advice. Whether that be from us or from someone else, it's the first step and it's also the most important one.

* Our costs exclude the registration fee for your Lasting Power of Attorney, which is payable directly to the Office of the Public Guardian. This fee is currently £82 per LPA application, but you may be eligible for either an exemption or remission of this fee depending on your circumstances.
Payment of the registration fees can be made by cheque payable directly to the Office of the Public Guardian. Should you prefer to make payment to Heritage Will Writing for us to forward payment on your behalf.
